Foundry is equipped with two mould units (a medium frequency induction furnaces) with capacity of Q = 500kg/mould and Q = 400kg/mould.

We own a chamber furnace with 3000 kg mould capacity and with rated temperature not exceeding 1000 C. This chamber allows us to make annealing, heat improvement, ferritizing, perlitizing, normalizing and homogenizing.

Products treatment proceeds in two phases:

- mechanical with drum casting cleaning plants, shot-blasting machine OWT 400 and modern casting cleaning plants Disa BB85,

- hand-made with big, table or manual shot-blasting machine

Quality control of chemical content in our products is examined by optical spectroscopy with emission type SPECTROMAXx.
